However, if you try squeezing the shoe and it feels really hard, then it’s could mean that the midsole that provides support have worn out.

As we mentioned previously, running shoes generally have a lifespan between 300 and 500 miles. So if you run regularly they should last about 5-6 months.

How To Extend the Life of Running Shoes?

- Cleaning. When we go on running in rugged terrains or even on regular roads, we often come across mud or broken stone particles. And if we do not clean the shoes these particles will get attached to the shoe and damage it. Moreover, these particles can turn the upper portion very abrasive, which in turn results in fast wearing off.
