    Hi there! From my personal experience, non-stimulant or less caffeine pre-workouts are really effective for fueling intense sweat sessions without those uncomfortable caffeine side effects.     I know that caffeine in pre-workout is one of the most effective ingredients that boost energy levels. HOWEVER, I mainly work out after 5 p.m. and if I take even a small amount of caffeine at that time, I’ll definitely have problems with sleep at night.     Great post!👍🏻 I’d like to add only one recommendation: if you are a first-timer, do half a scoop to see how you handle the supplement. I also noticed that if I take my pre-workout for about 15 days straight it starts to lose some of its potency but I figured out that if I take a break in between, it will work again..
